The Outreach Director plays a key leadership role in expanding HEARO’s impact by building relationships with students, faculty, community partners, and higher education institutions across the region. They will lead the design and implementation of outreach strategies to recruit mentees and mentors, raise awareness of the program, and build partnerships that increase access to HEARO’s services. 

 The Social Media & Content team will lead HEARO’s digital voice. This role is ideal for a creative, mission-driven communicator who can turn mentorship success stories and program milestones into compelling, accessible content. You'll develop and manage our social media presence, design outreach materials, and create content that reflects HEARO’s values and amplifies the voices of our students and mentors.

As a Resource Acquisition Blog Team Member, you’ll help build HEARO’s growing library of accessible, student-centered blog posts and guides. Your writing will break down essential topics — from scholarship tips to mental health resources — and serve as a digital lifeline for students who may not know where to start. Ideal for aspiring writers, educators, etc.
